Recently, Dongshan Precision has officially launched its new outdoor RGB series products, breaking the technical bottleneck of outdoor ultra-fine pixel pitch displays and enabling high-definition visual performance for semi-outdoor environments and ultra-close viewing scenarios.

Traditionally, conventional outdoor LED displays are mainly designed for long-distance viewing, so most available products adopt relatively large pixel pitches.
In recent years, outdoor display application scenarios have shown a miniaturization trend, moving beyond merely large-sized elevated screens, accompanied by increasingly higher requirements for display definition. Currently, mainstream fine-pitch outdoor LED screens are mostly made of outdoor RGB beads with pixel pitches above P-level, widely applied in large outdoor shopping malls, performance plazas, highway billboards, stadiums, airports, railway stations and other public venues.
Nevertheless, many mass outdoor display application scenarios such as bus stop billboards, storefront window screens, street light pole screens, as well as information broadcasting in communities and campuses require close-range viewing and even face-to-face interactive operation. Displays with ordinary pixel pitches fail to deliver satisfying performance here, featuring grainy images and poor user experience.
There is an urgent market demand for displays with finer pixel pitches to fit such scenarios. The newly launched white-shell and black-shell series products from Dongshan Precision adopt a high-stretch cup structure combined with anti-seepage wiring design, ensuring excellent airtightness, anti-yellowing capability and strong resistance to high temperature and high humidity, perfectly meeting the demand for high clarity in close-range outdoor viewing.
The product lineup can theoretically achieve pixel pitches below P level, breaking the long-standing bottleneck of outdoor ultra-fine pitch technology and realizing crystal-clear visuals under ultra-close viewing conditions.
Its full-range outdoor products include gold-wire, copper-wire, common-cathode and common-anode variants, covering pixel pitches ranging from P1.0 to P5.0 to cater to diversified outdoor application needs.
It is reported that Dongshan Precision upgraded and redefined its outdoor RGB product lineup last year, dividing its outdoor LED packaging components into two major categories: the high-end D-gorgeous Bright Eye Series and standard outdoor product series. Both series have achieved major technological upgrades and breakthroughs in waterproof airtightness, brightness and viewing angle based on original product frameworks.
The standard outdoor product range covers complete series of common-cathode and common-anode copper-wire displays with white and grey shells, featuring outstanding cost performance, superior stability and strong mass delivery capacity, with customized development services available for bulk-order clients.
To further enhance overall product performance and reliability, Dongshan Precision adopts premium raw materials, including imported pure copper PPA brackets, first-tier brand chips, high-purity gold wires and imported packaging adhesives. The Bright Eye Series boasts a notable brightness improvement over standard products, positioning itself with core advantages of ultra-high brightness, superior performance and extreme reliability.
Dongshan Precision provides tailored outdoor RGB display solutions for fixed outdoor installation and rental usage scenarios respectively.
