The world's largest LED movie screen will debut in Chengdu. According to a report by "Chengdu Release", Pacific Cinema is the first highlight of the Donglai Impression integrated operation project in Jianyang City, Chengdu, Sichuan Province. Currently, the decoration progress has exceeded 90%. It is scheduled to officially open on December 17th. At that time, the LED cinema screen, known as the world's largest, will be put into use.

The renovation has entered its final stage, and the cinema is equipped with the world's largest CINITY LED cinema system, which can provide an immersive viewing experience and has the privilege to screen new films 30 hours in advance.

The cinema adopts the CINITY LED self-luminous transparent screen matched with the JBL Dolby Atmos sound system. According to official information, the peak brightness of the screen is about 10 times that of ordinary cinema screens, and the cinema can accommodate nearly 600 spectators.

The total construction area of the studio is approximately 4,000 square meters. The design incorporates elements such as Sichuan pandas and tea culture, including six distinctive studios, such as the LED special effects hall, the recliner hall, and the couple's seating hall. Currently, the public area has taken initial shape and is in the detailed construction and custom equipment installation phase. The trial operation is expected to commence on December 10th.

It's worth mentioning that the studio allows early screenings. For instance, "Avatar 3" is scheduled to be released nationwide at 0:00 on December 19, but the studio can screen it at 18:00 on December 17.

It is understood that the CINITY LED system is a high-end projection brand launched by China Film Group, integrating 4K technology. Seven major film projection technologies, such as high brightness, high frame rate, wide color gamut, high dynamic range, immersive sound, etc., have all passed DCI certification.

Recently, CINITY LED has been rapidly implemented in various locations such as the Garden Branch of Kunshan China Film International Cinema in Suzhou and the first 20-meter CINITY screen in Hainan. The first CINITY LED sound-transmitting screen cinema in Jiande City, Zhejiang Province, has been gradually put into use.

In addition, China Cinema Investment Co., Ltd. has announced its plan to enhance and upgrade the quality of its cinemas. The focus will be on transitioning existing CGS China's large-screen cinemas to CINITY or upgrading to CINITY for LED.
